英文メールで「断る」
相手の要求を受け入れない、断る表現について述べていきます。単にNoといえばいいというわけではなく、状況によっては今後も商売や取引関係が出てくる可能性もあるため、現時点では難しい等の言い方が無難です。土足で踏み込んでくるようなしつこい売り込みも海外、特に中国から頻繁に来るようになりましたが、これらには興味がなければ特に返信する必要はないと思います。
海外から材料の提案が来ているが、今すぐにテストや切り替えなどはできない。将来的には取引することになるかもしれない場合。
提案をいただきありがとうございます。
当社は材料ABCのサプライヤーとは長い付き合いがあり、品質にも満足しています。貴社提案の材料にコストメリットがあることは理解していますが、現在のところ評価やテストの十分な時間が取れない状況です。
将来的にはテストの機会があるかもしれません。
